I am a creative professional, filmmaker, and lifelong learner. I am passionate about digital narratives and using social media for social change.

Throughout my childhood, I was inspired to love learning about the world and those in it. A documentarian and a storyteller at heart, the more I learn, the more I want to share with a broader audience. My husband Victor Cooper, a TV producer and media content developer, inspires me everyday. Together, we write and make short films.

I have an Advanced Diploma in Television and New Media Production from Loyalist College, an Interdisciplinary honours BA with a focus on Media from Laurier Brantford., and a MA in Communication from Mount Saint Vincent University. I am always looking for new challenges that will allow for creative integration of my interests. Most recently, I graduated from the Vancouver Art Therapy Institute. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) through the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am also a Professional Member of the Canadian Art Therapy Association.
